## Overview

The Kevel Android SDK makes the ad serving and UserDB features of Kevel easily available for Android apps. It is an open source project hosted on Github.

## Getting the SDK

We recommend that you access the SDK via [Gradle](https://gradle.org/gradle-download/). If you're running OS X and have [Homebrew](http://brew.sh/) installed, use `brew install gradle` to start the download.

The SDK is also available as a [Maven package](https://search.maven.org/artifact/com.adzerk/sdk/2.1.0/aar) distributed through Maven Central.

## Building an Android Project with the SDK

In your Java project, add the following line to your `build.gradle` file as one of the dependencies:

`implementation 'com.adzerk:sdk:2.0.+'`

> 🚧
>
> The last section refers to the version number. Make sure it matches the version of the SDK you plan to use.

Usage is described in the [README](https://github.com/adzerk/adzerk-android-sdk/blob/master/README.md) of the Github project.
